Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made through Delrak and its associated services available at kepuwoa.pro. By completing a purchase or enrolling in any paid program, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Delrak accepts payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods made available at checkout. All payment options are displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the checkout page. Prices may vary by region based on local market conditions. The final amount charged may differ from the listed price due to applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider. Delrak is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.
3. Billing
3.1 One-Time Purchases
For single-payment products or courses, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
3.2 Subscription Plans
Where subscription-based access is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Billing cycles are defined at the time of subscription and may be monthly or annual. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.
3.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, no charge will be made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected payment method will be billed automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4. Taxes
Prices displayed may or may not include applicable taxes. Where required by applicable law, Delrak will collect and remit taxes on transactions. The applicable tax amount, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction that are not collected by Delrak.
5. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. Delrak does not store your full payment card details on its servers. Payment processing complies with applicable industry security standards. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Delrak cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to paid content or services may be suspended until the outstanding amount is successfully collected. Delrak may attempt to retry a failed payment using the same payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. Delrak reserves the right to terminate access after repeated failed payment attempts.
7. Refund Policy
7.1 General Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or program purchased. Where a refund period is stated at the time of purchase, refund requests submitted within that period will be honored, subject to the conditions described at checkout.
7.2 Non-Refundable Items
Certain products, including but not limited to fully consumed digital content, completed live sessions, or downloadable materials that have been accessed, may not be eligible for a refund. Any non-refundable conditions will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.
7.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Delrak support at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing times of the payment provider.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made, please contact Delrak directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. Delrak reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where services were properly delivered in accordance with these terms.
9. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, access to subscription content will continue until the end of the paid period.
10. Price Changes
Delrak reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. For active subscriptions, price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the next renewal date. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
11. Promotional Offers and Discounts
Promotional pricing and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions specified at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Delrak reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer without notice.
12. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all purchases made through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify Delrak immediately. Delrak is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
13. Changes to These Terms
Delrak may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of paid services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
