These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Delrak platform, including all associated services, content, tools, and features available at kepuwoa.pro. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Your use of Delrak constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use and any policies incorporated by reference. Delrak reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
5.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on the platform, you grant Delrak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features, workshops, or content on the platform may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Delrak to charge the applicable amount through the selected payment method.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Where a refund is permitted, requests must be submitted to [email protected] within the stated refund window. Delrak reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. Delrak does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Terms
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Delrak regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
